Paulo Coelho

I've came across his fan page. I've gathered some of his sayings. Damn, he's one of Bob Ong's variety. I'll share some:

Sometimes, the "wrong" train take us to the right place.

Only a fool makes threats. Only another fool feels threatened.

When love rules, power disappears. When power rules, love disappears.

If you have a dream, don't waste a lot of energy explaining why.

Nobody can cause you any harm without your permission.

The universe only makes sense if you can share it with someone.

It is the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.

I've learned more by not following bad examples than by following good examples.

Don't be easily intimidated. Behind a cold face there is always an insecure heart.

None of us can be in the present and the past at the same time, not even when we try to understand the things that happen to us. Close the door, change the record, clean the house. Stop being who you were, become who you are now.

Don't allow your mind tell your heart what to do. The mind gives up easily.

You may only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.

And the best one in the bunch:

You can hurt with your words, but you can also hurt with your silence.

I've only read one of his books, and upon reading his sayings, I am encouraged to read more of it. The library have them. =)
